Ready to ship tumblers (RTS) are as mentioned. Ready to ship once payment is made, NO customization on these items.
All other items are MADE TO ORDER (MTO) and completed in the order they were received in.
Purchases made at in person events are all FINAL.
Current processing time is 6 to 8 weeks, depending on customization and details of each drink ware item. (Not including shipping)
If you need an item for a specific date, I can offer a rush order fee that can be added to you items.
Shipping times may vary based on where you live.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment for item must be paid in full before cup making process starts.
Once payment has been cleared and accepted, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After the 24 hours I DO NOT accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item I create.
I do not offer return, refunds or exchanges.
